Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the consulting services provided by NEXUSWAVE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“NexusWave”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

NexusWave provides one-time technical consulting services including, but not limited to, software architecture reviews, technical audits, website audits, SEO audits, and product reviews. Each service has a defined scope and deliverable as described on our website.

2. Payment

All payments are processed through Airwallex, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Airwallex’s terms of service. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are one-time and non-recurring.

3. Service Delivery

After payment, you must email your project details to nexus@nexuswave.app. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours (business days). Deliverables will be provided within the timeframe stated for each service, subject to receiving complete information from you.

4. Scope of Work

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide analysis, recommendations, and guidance. We do not provide implementation, development, or ongoing support unless explicitly stated and separately agreed upon. The deliverables represent our professional opinion at the time of delivery.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available if we are unable to deliver the service as described. If work has not commenced, you may request a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your project details, code, or business information with third parties without your consent. We are willing to sign NDAs upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your code, content, and intellectual property. The deliverables we provide (reports, recommendations) become your property upon delivery. We retain the right to use general knowledge gained during engagements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding the outcomes of implementing our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
