What do I get after I pay?
After payment, you’ll receive a detailed written report or analysis delivered via email within the stated timeframe. The format is typically PDF or document. Some services also include a follow-up call or email support period.
How do I send my project details?
After payment, email nexus@nexuswave.app with your payment confirmation and project details (URL, goal, context, etc.). See our How It Works page for a detailed checklist.
What if I need faster delivery?
Contact us before purchasing if you have an urgent deadline. We may be able to accommodate rush requests depending on current workload, sometimes with an additional fee.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds if we are unable to deliver the service as described. If you’re unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us—we’re committed to making it right. Refunds are not available simply for change of mind after work has begun.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we can sign a standard NDA before you share sensitive information. Send your NDA to nexus@nexuswave.app and we’ll review and sign it promptly.
Can you do implementation work?
Our standard services are advisory only (reviews, audits, recommendations). We don’t offer ongoing development or implementation as part of these packages. However, we can discuss separate implementation engagements on a case-by-case basis—contact us to discuss.
What time zone do you operate in?
We’re based in the UK (GMT/BST) but work with clients globally. Business hours are typically Monday–Friday, but we respond to emails within 24 hours on business days regardless of your time zone.
Is this a subscription?
No. All services are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. You pay once, receive your deliverable, and that’s it. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no hidden fees.
Can I pay in USD?
Yes. All prices are listed in USD. Our payment processor (Airwallex) accepts major credit/debit cards from most countries and handles currency conversion automatically.
How are deliverables delivered?
Deliverables are sent via email as PDF documents or shared documents (Google Docs). For services that include a call, we’ll schedule via email and use Google Meet or Zoom.
What if I have questions after receiving my report?
Many services include a follow-up support period (typically 7–14 days) for clarification questions via email. If you need more extensive help, we can discuss additional services.
