Email Your Details

After payment, send your project details to nexus@nexuswave.app. We’ll confirm receipt within 24 hours (business days).

Receive Your Deliverable

Receive your detailed report/analysis within the stated timeframe. Deliverables are sent via email as PDF or document format. Some services include a follow-up call.

What to Send Us

After payment, email us with the following information:

  • Payment confirmation (screenshot or receipt)
  • Service purchased
  • Project goal — What are you trying to achieve?
  • URL or repo — Website URL, app link, or code repository
  • Context — Any background info that would help
  • Deadline (if any) — Let us know if urgent
  • Constraints — Budget, tech stack limitations, etc.
  • Contact info — Best way to reach you for questions

What Happens After Payment

1. Confirmation

We confirm receipt of your payment and project details within 24 hours (business days).

2. Analysis

We conduct the review/analysis according to your service. We may reach out if we need clarification.

3. Deliverable

You receive a detailed report (PDF or document) via email within the stated timeframe. Some services include a follow-up call.

4. Follow-up (if included)

For services with follow-up support, you can email questions within the stated period (typically 7–14 days).
