1. Subscription Model

NexusWave operates on a subscription basis with monthly billing. You are billed in advance for each subscription period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Within 14 Days of First Subscription

New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial payment.

After 14 Days

Refunds are generally not provided. Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
